The app is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace a veterinarian. If your pet's condition worsens, if in doubt or in an emergency, contact a veterinary clinic.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the security of your device and your decision to share information with third parties. Check recommendations, dates and prescriptions with a veterinary professional.
4. Availability
We strive to keep the app stable but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors, or compatibility with every device. External services and links may be unavailable regardless of PetCalendar.
5. Information about organisations
Listings in "Help Nearby" are for information only. Verifying contacts is not a medical recommendation or a guarantee of service quality. Check current terms directly with the organisation. Paid promotion is labelled separately.
6. Intellectual property
The name, design, texts and code of PetCalendar are protected by applicable law. The user is granted the right to use the app for personal lawful purposes.
7. Prohibited use
- Violating the law or the rights of third parties
- Attempting to disrupt the app or website
- Presenting PetCalendar as a source of medical prescriptions
- Using product materials without appropriate permission
